The Green Goblins

(There is a picture that belongs here, but the cursed thing won't cooperate with me...I will work on this. Until then, let your imagination run wild, and wait in eager anticipation for the photo to arrive)

Anna and I decided to have a little fun with the leftover avocados in her fridge. Here is one girl who likes to put a little pizzaz into whatever is going on. There is never a boring moment with Anna around - she manages to spice up any event. She really has an amazing gift for hospitality - if you ever get a chance to visit her, do not pass it up! She will feed you these scrumptious apetizers - stuff you've never tried before, but that tastes amazing. You will feel right at home...maybe one day she'll start a bed and breakfast.

I hope everyone's summer is going well! Is it not just flying by? Thirty six days until the wedding - good heavens above! There is still so much to do. The stress is a good kind of stress - if we were taking a psychology class, perhaps we'd call it eustress. The stuff that motivates a person...prevents perpetual bumhood. Life is busy in a fantastic way...it's fun to be able to create this huge party! Thank the Lord for my mother - she could be a wedding planner (or an anything planner) in her next life.

David and I bought a house! It is a lovely, little blue bungalo just north of the river in Edmonton. It's fun to dream up all of these ways to make it into a home. Bring on the paint chips; this is going to be a blast!

I am looking forward to marriage...to being David's wife, being a team, and becoming better together. He is a wonderful man, who I am incredibly proud of.

Much love to all of you!

Kathryn
